Adult Swim Lessons

Location

All lessons are held in the Civic Center Indoor Pool.

1403 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN 37830

Cost

The cost is $60 for six 45-minute sessions.

Times

Each session offers two time slots: 4 pm and 5 pm. 

Classes are 3-week sessions held on Tue & Thur for 45-minute classes.

Levels

These classes are for beginning swimmers only.

Participants must be 18 years or older.

Registration

Registration is now Available Online or at the Oak Ridge Civic Center Front Desk – 1403 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN 37830

 Payment is due at the time of registration.

Enrollment is limited.

What to bring to class        

Please Bring:  Swimsuit, towel, and a smile  (goggles are a good idea, but not necessary)

Do NOT Bring:  floaties, puddle jumpers, full face masks

Winter Weather Policy

We follow the City of Oak Ridge School policy.  If city schools are cancelled due to weather we will NOT have class.

Please be aware that IF classes can be made up, they will be held on a different day (Wed or Sat)
