Built in 1970, the Oak Ridge Recreation Center is a 39,242 square feet building consisting of a large meeting room, kitchen, game room, an Olympic-size pool, a full-size gymnasium, and soon our new Conference Center. The building is situated near the city center in a 41-acre park area. The facility is available for rental for business as well as personal events. The gym is available for free to play basketball as use permits. The indoor pool is open for public use on a varying schedule and an outdoor entertainment pavilion is used for concerts, such as Summer Sessions and other events. Children aged 14 and under must be supervised by an adult aged 18 and over at all times.

Pickleball is on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am until 2:30 pm
“Open” Pickleball is on Wednesdays from 8:30 am until 11 am.
“Free Play” Volleyball is on Tuesdays from 5:30 pm until 8 pm
There will be no free play basketball during those times.
