All Bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 (Latest revision). Any contract or contracts awarded by the Owner through this advertisement for bids will be funded by a State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan from the State of Tennessee. 1. Lining of approximately 9,000 linear feet of existing gravity sewers by the cured-in-place method.
2. Replacement of approximately 1000 linear feet of existing gravity sewers by the installing new method.
3. Approximately 30 point repairs.
4. Installation of approximately 2 new manholes and replacement of approximately 5 manholes.
5. Rehabilitation of approximately 120 manholes with Concrete Manhole Adapters (CMA’s) and/or chemical foam grout.
6. Rehabilitation of approximately 1200 vertical feet of existing sanitary sewer manholes.
7. Associated service connections and appurtenances to the main project.
