Purchase Tickets to the Outdoor Pool (Beginning June 1)

Beginning June 1, the city will be conducting major repaving on Providence Road that will impact public parking surrounding the Outdoor Pool.

To help ensure pool attendance does not exceed available public parking, admission to the pool will require a pre-purchased online ticket through Eventeny.

“Tickets can be bought at the gate with cash or card before June 1, and once the paving project begins, we are encouraging people to purchase their tickets in advance so that we can better accommodate their parking needs,” said Oak Ridge Aquatics Manager Vonda Wooten. “When you purchase your online ticket, you’ll be able to view nearby public parking options.”

Please do not park in private parking lots.

*Passes & Punch Cards are valid at both pools and are Non-transferable (one person per card) – Exp. Dec 31, 2026

• If you stay, you must pay. Due to the large number of participants, we cannot monitor who decides to swim and who does not.
• For safety concerns, Children under 12 must have a responsible adult stay with them.
• Swim diapers are required for children not fully potty trained.

The Family Season Pass

FAMILY of  NO MORE THAN 5   $290.00

UP to 5 HOUSEHOLD FAMILY MEMBERS THAT RESIDE AT THE SAME ADDRESS

1. Season Passes are available only to residents of the City of Oak Ridge.
2. On days when the outdoor pool is scheduled to be open and is closed due to bad weather, or other problems, SEASON PASSES will be honored at the Indoor Pool – only during Public Swim Hours.
3. The Indoor Pool is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
4. If card/pass is lost or stolen, there will be a $5.00 service charge for a new one.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE ARRIVING WITH A GROUP, CAMP, OR PARTY:

All large groups, camps, and parties must be pre-approved before arriving due to capacity limitations.  A group is identified as 20 or more.  Any group that is not pre-approved could be denied entry if capacity has been reached.  This includes open-swim pool parties. 

The concessions/vending area is not open for reservations and therefore must remain open to the public.  You will not be allowed to set up for any parties. Parties that have been pre-approved may bring in ONE 10X10 tent and set up on the beach side of the pool. 

Private rentals are also available.

Outdoor Pool Tips

• We now accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
• A Mommy/Baby room is available for a cool, comfortable place to breastfeed your baby.
• Floats are available for rental on a first-come-first-served basis; $4.00 per tube.
• Please provide your own chair.  We have limited seating.
• Coolers are allowed, but we do not allow glass containers
• Bags/coolers are subject to search.
• Vending machines are available on-site.
